Warranty Information

All of the products sold by Reno Hub are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. As responsible members of the business community, we have paid close attention to the quality and ensured that their warranty is comprehensive. You can rest assured that your products will last you many years to come – and in the off chance of an issue, you have a supplier warranty to fall back on for a piece of mind.

Additional warranties are not offered due to our rigorous vetting process, we are confident that the manufacturers’ warranties are strong enough to stand on their own. In doing so, we want to save you, our customer from added cost and stress of considering additional cover, so you can enjoy your quality items. When a manufacturer does not offer a complete and comprehensive warranty then we simply will not add these products to our range.

When you receive a product from Reno Hub, please take a moment to make sure that the packaging and order are correct. If not, please email us at info@renohub.com.au immediately and we can assess the best way to resolve the challenge. Once you have accepted the delivery, then any claims after that point can be directed to the manufacturer under their warranty.

Should you detect any defect with any of our products after they have been installed, immediately contact the manufacturer to see what they can do to remedy the situation. In general, our products have warranties for at least 10 years, if not for life. We work with the best brands and the best products with extensive warranties to ensure you are covered for the long term.
