Caroma's range of Home Collection Grab Rails are designed for your home and to enhance your independence. Providing additional support and balance assistance inside your home. A variety of lengths to suit a range of locations and a choice of either polished stainless or white to style your style.

High quality materials suitable for all home and health care applications
Choice of polished stainless steel finish for a smooth chrome finish, or a powder coated white finish to suit your decor
Manufactured to comply with relevant grab rail requirements for AS1428.1–2009 Access and Mobility
32mm diameter 304L stainless steel with 75mm diameter concealed CLAM flanges
Constructed to withstand 1100N force as per requirements
Available in a variety of lengths ranging between 300mm through to 900mm

SHIPPING & RETURNS

Conditions

Reno Hub will support and help you with the refund or replacement in the case when a customer is not satisfied with the products. However, there are some situations that are not under our return policy
Reno Hub is under no obligation to accept a return of goods ordered by the Customer due to a customer ordering error or no longer required. No attempt should be made to return goods without prior authorisation. The Seller will not accept any responsibility for unsolicited returns.
If the returned items do not meet a re sable standard the Customer will forfeit the item. Returned products are the buyer’s responsibility until they reach the us. Reno Hub will not be responsible for misdirected shipments or products lost or damaged in transit.
Reno Hub reserves the right to levy a restocking fee against any returns the seller may agree to accept. Such fees may be up to 20% of the invoice priced or $80, whichever is higher, and levied at the seller’s absolute discretion.
Any refunds (at the sellers discretion) will be refunded in the form of the original payment method used by the buyer.

All refunds and returns need to be inspected by a member of our team before a new product is sent or a refund is made. Please contact Reno Hub as soon as possible with any questions on returns & exchanges.

DELIVERY

Delivery information, rate and charges are set out in these terms and conditions.

The average delivery time is between 7 to 10 business days. If you require your item urgently, please call us and we will do our best to accommodate. As items are dispatched direct from our suppliers, we endeavour to provide the most efficient service. In rare occasions, if an item is not available and there is a delay from the supplier we will do our best to find you an alternative product or discuss a suitable delivery date. If your purchase has qualified for free delivery please be aware this is based on all items in your order being shipped together if they are sourced from various suppliers they will be dispatched when all items are ready.

Delivery fees can be calculated using our table provided below or at checkout based on region and item weight. All items can be shipped Australia wide unless otherwise stated in the product description.

Reno Hub shall not be liable for delay or any failure or inability to deliver, we are not liable for any damaged products claim once the item has been picked up or delivered as it is the customer’s responsibility to check the product upon receiving it. If there is nobody on site to receive the delivery, a re-delivery fee will apply.

Due to occupational health and safety regulations, all deliveries are dropped off on the ground floor and at the front door. Please consider the location of receiving when placing your order.
